Telent JOT Migration

Telent have completed the design and installation upgrade of the advertising estate across the TFL, Telent engaged with Hulkro Construction to support the fault of the data units that could not be migrated to the new software support 

 

The scope of this works was to remove and reconfigure the data units with the new software and firmware, working with sub-contractors and the digital manufacture Imecon, Hulkro Construction provided four engineers in traffic hours to reconfigure the units and site teams on nights replacing the units, Hulkro project managed the lab works and the site works, reporting to Telent client Global, managing  spares and logistics to ensure successful 

 

The final status of repaired data units is as follows 

158 Data Units Swapped Out  

4 Data Units given to Crossrail  

9 Data Units Repaired and Reconfigured given to stores  

4 Copper Data Units Repaired and given to Stores  

 

Hulkro completed the program agreed with Telent in the timescales agreed , on time and budget
