HULKRO Construction was established by a management team drawn from the Infrastructure and transport sectors. Our management and installation teams have significant experience in implementing construction and installation projects within the sectors. We have grown from supporting engineering consultancies with intrusive survey works to implementing turnkey construction and installation works.
We have built a strong reputation delivering multi-disciplinary projects and programmes for public sector clients such as TfL.
